We host and promote events in and around the Town of Fairfield, CT. If there is an event that aligns with the Town of Fairfield’s Sustainability Plan, let us know! We do not charge money or ask favors to promote and educate others on sustainable efforts! Every little bit counts.

Fairfield's Earth Day Celebration

Fairfield’s Earth Day Celebration

Earth Day is an annual celebration of our planet and conservation efforts. It also serves as a reminder of the importance of environmental activism and conservation.

Fairfield’s Earth Day Celebration is the Town of Fairfield’s local Earth Day event, filled with fun activities for all ages, including arts and crafts for kids, electric vehicles on display, table setups with educational content, and more!

Sustainable and Inclusive Growth Opportunities

Sustainable Fairfield is excited to share events that we and others provide to help you learn more about sustainability and inclusive growth. We partner with the Fairfield Main, Fairfield Woods and Pequot Libraries, the town government as well as many the environmental, civic and religious organizations in Fairfield and the region. We hope you’ll check out the list and come join in on the interesting events and fun! If you know of an event that we haven’t listed, please tell us about it – email SustainableFairfieldCT@gmail.com with the details!

To maintain this website and want to ensure that we correctly promote and update pages in a timely manner. We won’t post every event with a dedicated page in order to reduce maintenance for our volunteers. We are happy to include and promote various events in and around Fairfield, but we may choose to promote some events specifically through social media for easier access and upkeep.

Be sure to follow us to stay up to date on the latest and greatest!

“The thing about perspective-changing events is that they usually don’t announce themselves as such.”
