Come join other creative fashionistas to make your own Trashy Fashion at this fun, hands-on workshop. Materials will be provided but you have something special you want to turn into your trashy fashion statement, feel free to bring it. We have lots of helpers so you’ll have plenty of assistance with your work.

We’re planning a fabulous Trashy Fashions Show at the 2026 Fairfield’s Earth Day Celebration being held May 2nd, 10am-1pm at both the Fairfield YMCA, 841 Old Post Road AND First Church, 148 Beach Road. The event is FREE and will be held RAIN or SHINE. See our Earth Day webpage for full information.

The Trashy Fashions Show will be held May 2nd 11;30am, right after First Selectperson Christine Vitale officially kicks off the event.

To prepare for this wonderful program we are holding a Trashy Fashions Workshop on official Earth Day, April 22nd, 4:30-6pm at the Pequot Library, 720 Pequot Avenue, Southport.
