The Connecticut Land Conservation Council (CLCC) advocates for land conservation, stewardship and funding, and works to ensure the long-term strength and viability of the land conservation community in Connecticut. CLCC serves Connecticut’s land trusts by representing their interests in state government, connecting them to training and guidance resources, fostering collaborations for stronger conservation impact, and providing direct technical assistance to help them achieve their conservation goals. Since its formation in 2006, CLCC has grown into one of the most effective statewide land trust service centers in the country, and its annual conference is now drawing over 500 participants.
